Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a team in Urbandale, Iowa. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and handling a fast-paced workload in a structured office setting. In this role, you will support members by resolving service inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting with policy and renewal-related questions. This is a fully onsite position with training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow within a business services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver responsive service to customers by handling incoming inquiries.
• Prepare clear verbal and written responses using available reference materials to address questions and resolve concerns.
• Contact customers to obtain incomplete or missing details needed to process requests or provide next steps.
• Assist users with basic website navigation issues and help troubleshoot simple online access or functionality problems.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
