The person in this role will handle a mix of outbound and inbound interactions, assess individual needs, and guide each contact to the most appropriate resource or team.
Responsibilities:
- Place high-volume outbound calls to prospective students, applicants, and other contacts who have expressed interest in learning more about available programs or services.
- Respond to inbound phone and chat inquiries with a welcoming, detail-oriented approach that creates a strong first impression.
- Identify the purpose of each interaction and route individuals efficiently to the appropriate department, advisor, or support team.
- Contribute to a variety of communication campaigns based on organizational priorities and changing business needs.
- Assist prospects, applicants, and current learners by addressing questions, clarifying next steps, and helping them reach the right point of contact.
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment that may involve making or managing more than 100 calls during the workday.
- Document interactions accurately and complete assigned administrative support tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing effective service approaches and supporting consistent communication standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- At least one year of administrative or customer-facing experience is required.

- Strong customer service skills with a consistent focus on supporting learners and prospective learners effectively.
- Ability to succeed in a performance-driven setting with measurable activity goals and service expectations.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
- Solid typing and data entry skills, including strong alpha and numeric keystroke speed and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to take on additional administrative duties as needed.
