Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Monitor team performance and establish service goals and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on customer service metrics, trends, and team performance.
