Corporate Accountant (Finance Associate)

Role: Finance Associate (think: Corporate Accountant) Salary: $70.000 - $75,000

The Finance Associate will participate in a structured rotation across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, gaining end-to-end exposure to financial operations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, employee expenses, and payments, as well as supporting billing, collections, and expense reimbursements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong academic performance, with a GPA above 3.3 preferred.
• Zero to two years of accounting experience, including candidates transitioning from their first accounting role.
• Working knowledge of journal entries, general ledger accounting, and core corporate accounting principles.
• Exposure to corporate tax, sales tax, or tax return support activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence using automation, AI-enabled, or other finance-related technology tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
