- Review financial records, supporting schedules, and documentation to confirm completeness, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of key accounting documents to support reporting, audit readiness, and record retention needs.
- Perform and support document scanning, filing, and compilation activities to keep financial information accessible and properly structured.
- Partner with stakeholders across the finance function to resolve reporting issues, clarify accounting treatment, and improve day-to-day execution.
- Assist with month-end close priorities by monitoring deliverables, identifying gaps, and recommending practical solutions to maintain deadlines.
- Proven experience serving in a Controller or senior-level accounting leadership capacity.

- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support developing accounting leaders.
- Experience handling document control, document organization, and records management within a finance or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in scanning, compiling, and maintaining financial documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing accounting data and supporting materials.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a contract-based leadership assignment.
