Controller

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to provide strategic financial leadership and drive operational performance in a fast-paced production environment. This role serves as a key business partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, translating financial data into actionable insights that support profitability, cost efficiency, and informed business decisions.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in standard cost accounting
• Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and variance reporting with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working with inventory controls, physical counts, and perpetual inventory transaction review.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, standard cost development, and capital expenditure planning.
• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance requirements in a corporate manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
