📍 Location: Hybrid preferred in Atlanta or Charlotte 🏠 Remote flexibility available for an exceptional candidate 💰 Compensation: $140,000 - $185,000 base salary 🎯 Bonus: 10-20% target annual bonus 📈 Compensation is flexible for candidates bringing highly relevant experience

What You'll Be Responsible For 🔹 Leading and enhancing the organization's BSA/AML compliance program 🔹 Managing Money Transmitter Licensing (MTL) obligations and regulatory requirements 🔹 Overseeing compliance policies, procedures, and controls 🔹 Supporting regulatory examinations and agency interactions 🔹 Driving enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and risk assessments 🔹 Managing SOX-related compliance activities and audit support 🔹 Advising leadership on regulatory developments and risk management strategies 🔹 Building scalable compliance frameworks that support continued business growth

Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯 Direct Money Transmitter Licensing (MTL) experience is strongly preferred 🎯 Deep understanding of BSA/AML, compliance governance, and regulatory requirements 🎯 Experience supporting audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews 🎯 Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment while also thinking strategically 🎯 A compliance professional who is currently executing programs and is ready to step into an Officer title 🎯 Backgrounds within payments, fintech, payroll services, workforce management, insurance, brokerage, or other highly regulated industries will be valued
