The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with virtually no turnover among support staff and paralegals actively participating in strategy meetings.

About the Attorney Position:

• Hybrid schedule: attorneys are onsite 3 days/week.
• Associates are given substantial responsibility and ownership of their cases from the outset.
• No billable hour requirement for bonus or raise eligibility
• Out-of-state candidates will be considered if relocation is planned (please indicate timeline).
• California Bar membership not required at hire, but candidates should provide a timeline for admission.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary ranges (depending on experience): $180,000 - $400,000
