Our client in the Westchester County, NY area has an immediate opening for a Compensation Analyst to work on a fully remote basis. This is a 6-month engagement that requires hands on analytical provide hands-on analytical support across our first full compensation cycle as one company. This includes market benchmarking, salary range development, the Career Level Framework rollout, survey participation, and year-end compensation and incentive processes.
