Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outreach on delinquent customer accounts and guide unpaid invoices toward timely resolution while preserving strong business relationships.
  • Analyze accounts receivable aging data to identify priorities, track overdue balances, and share status updates on collection activity.
  • Partner with sales, contracts, and other internal departments to investigate billing questions and remove obstacles delaying payment.
  • Respond quickly to customer questions regarding account balances, invoice details, and payment expectations, including discussing suitable repayment arrangements when needed.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on open receivables and record all collection actions accurately within customer account documentation.
  • Provide administrative support related to account maintenance, including processing refund-related requests and updating customer information.
  • Apply established collection practices and procedures while identifying practical ways to strengthen workflow efficiency over time.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service by balancing collection goals with a detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
  • Contribute to the broader accounting team in a collaborative hybrid setting that supports ongoing learning and growth.
