Original job description
support account resolution efforts through soft collections, dispute analysis, and customer outreach. Responsibilities include making 30-35 outbound calls per day, contacting clients regarding outstanding balances, researching billing discrepancies, resolving disputes, and ensuring accounts have been billed accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze account information. Previous collections experience is not required. Candidates with strong customer service, Excel, analytical, or accounting-related experience are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates are welcome. Training will be provided for the right individual who is hardworking, eager to learn, and looking to grow with a successful organization.
Requirements:

- Ability to make 30-35 outbound calls daily
- Available to work onsite until approximately 5:30-6:00 PM daily
