The CFO is responsible for leading all accounting, finance, and strategic financial operations for the company. This executive leadership role oversees financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, banking relationships, capital planning, cash flow management, risk management, and operational finance. This is a hands-on CFO role that owns the full month end close process in addition to AP review, cash management, and banking relationships. The CFO must be comfortable working at the transaction level, including reviewing high-volume vendor invoices and supporting detail, not only summary reports. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with ownership.
The ideal candidate possesses deep manufacturing or industrial finance expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to lead both financial operations and enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

- CPA is required for this role.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing accounting, finance, FP&A, or treasury functions.
- Big 4 or public accounting background with manufacturing/industrial clients considered.
- Significant experience within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, automotive, aerospace, construction materials, metals, chemicals, or related operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury management, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Extensive expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, operational finance, and manufacturing analytics.
- Experience leading executive-level budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and capital allocation processes.
- Proven success partnering with executive leadership and ownership groups.
- Experience managing banking relationships, debt structures, and cash flow optimization.
