Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support technology initiatives and process improvement efforts. This role will work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and help deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Evaluate current processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams
- Support testing, implementation, and post-launch activities
- Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst
- Experience with requirements gathering and process analysis
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or SQL preferred
