Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst II will support B2B billing operations in a fast-paced e-commerce and SaaS environment. This fully remote role will focus on accurate invoicing, contract-based billing, reconciliations, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

• Calculate, generate, review, and deliver B2B invoices
• Review commercial contracts and billing terms to ensure accurate rates and charges
• Process credit/debit memos and billing adjustments
• Perform billing reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Respond to billing inquiries and assist with dispute resolution
• Support month-end close, billing controls, and audit requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

Requirements

• Experience with B2B billing, invoicing, AR, or billing operations
• Experience generating and reviewing customer invoices
• Experience reviewing contracts, billing terms, and rates
• Experience with reconciliations, discrepancies, and credit/debit memos
• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
• Month-end close and audit support experience
• Oracle Fusion experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce, JIRA, and BI/reporting experience are pluses
• SaaS, e-commerce, or technology experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to work independently remotely
