- Sort, receive, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages to the correct recipients across the organization.
- Provide support for onboarding by coordinating interviews, preparing orientation materials, and assisting with new employee paperwork.
- Maintain organized HR files, update employee documentation, and help prepare employment-related letters, reports, and administrative records.
- Assist with employee programs, training sessions, wellness activities, recognition efforts, and other HR initiatives that support engagement.

- Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Familiarity with Human Resources administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, or interview scheduling.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused and welcoming approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with employee records and other sensitive information.
