BI Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data analysis, and reporting in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Design and maintain data models, datasets, and KPIs.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights through data analysis.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Document reporting processes and data definitions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analyst experience.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Advanced SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and executive reporting.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong communication and business-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, or SSIS.
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Experience supporting financial, operational, or sales reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field.
