Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers an opportunity to engage in diverse litigation tasks, including both defense and plaintiff work. You will play a key role in supporting legal processes and collaborating with partners throughout various stages of litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Argue motions and attend court appearances
- Assist partners through all phases of litigation
- Participate in trial preparation and serve as second chair at trial
- Manage a diverse caseload involving both defense and plaintiff-side matters
- At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation.
- Comfortable arguing motions in court and presenting cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with both defense and plaintiff litigation processes.
