Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious business litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles. I've placed people here who said good things about the environment! The firm is seeing an Associate Attorney or Senior Attorney to join the team.

This is a hybrid on-site role based in downtown Los Angeles. This attorney will be expected to come into the office two to three days a week.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• This person will work on complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense matters.
• A-Z case management of cases from inception through trial. Typically, cases will have a partner and anywhere from 1-3 attorneys.
• Heavy law and motion.
• Discovery, including depositions.
• Law and motion.
• Court appearances.
• Pleadings.
• 1750 Billable Hours per year

Compensation, Benefits, Other Perks:

• Salary up to $215,000.
• Bonus paid out annually, based on hours billed, contribution to the firm, and overall firm performance.
• Medical HMO is covered 100% for the employee, with a PPO available at a contribution, which kicks in first of the month after employment.

5+ years of experience in business litigation. Commutable on a hybrid basis to Downtown Los Angeles. Please be prepared to submit two recent writing samples.
