We are looking for a licensed attorney to provide litigation support for a plaintiff-side antitrust practice on a Long-term Contract basis. This opportunity is based in Los Angeles, California, and offers remote work with firm-issued technology. The attorney will contribute to large-scale document analysis, help prepare for depositions, and assist with discovery-related case development through September, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Review substantial volumes of case documents to identify information relevant to plaintiff-side antitrust matters.
- Analyze records within the firm’s review platform and elevate significant materials that may affect legal strategy.
- Prepare attorneys for depositions by assembling key exhibits, summarizing important evidence, and organizing supporting files.
- Draft deposition outlines and related preparation materials to support effective witness examination.
- Maintain accurate and structured review workflows in Relativity to keep litigation materials accessible and well categorized.
- Support broader discovery and case preparation efforts by tracking evidence and highlighting critical factual developments.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- Proven experience handling document review in a litigation environment.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with discovery processes and litigation support activities, including deposition preparation.
- Experience using Relativity or a similar document review platform.
- Strong legal writing skills, with the ability to assist in drafting motions, briefs, and other case-related materials.
- Background in civil litigation and the ability to manage a workload ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
