Responsibilities:
- Prepare litigation documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and other written submissions for civil matters.
- Handle electronic court filings in both state and federal jurisdictions while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

- Perform legal research to help develop arguments, assess issues, and support overall case strategy.
- Work directly with clients to share updates, gather information, and respond to case-related questions.
- Assist attorneys and legal teams with discovery-related tasks and document review as needed.
- Monitor case activity and help keep matters moving efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in good standing.
- Between 1 and 6 years of experience handling civil litigation matters.
- Background in insurance-related disputes, commercial litigation, or general civil practice.
- Demonstrated ability to draft legal motions, briefs, and pleadings with accuracy and clarity.
- Familiarity with electronic filing procedures in state and federal courts.
- Strong organizational, research, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fully remote Contract role.
