Attorney - Collections

We are looking for an Attorney to support litigation matters in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role is suited for a licensed legal practitioner who can manage casework with precision, develop persuasive written arguments, and move matters forward through each stage of the litigation process. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organized case management skills, and the ability to handle discovery and motion practice in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters and guide cases from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Prepare, review, and refine legal motions, briefs, and other court filings with a high standard of accuracy and advocacy.
• Manage discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and coordinating document production.
• Conduct legal research and translate findings into clear, well-supported case strategies.
• Organize case materials, track deadlines, and ensure timely compliance with court rules and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop litigation plans and support overall case objectives.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
• Strong working knowledge of discovery procedures and related case obligations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while meeting competing deadlines.
