📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Buckhead area) 🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite with flexibility to work remotely when needed 💰 Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 DOE 💵 Bonus Potential: Performance-based opportunities tied to productivity and contributions

You may be a great fit if you have:

✔️ 3-5 years of litigation experience ✔️ Insurance defense, workers' compensation, transportation, premises liability, personal injury defense, or related litigation background ✔️ Experience independently handling smaller claims ✔️ Deposition experience ✔️ Strong motion drafting and legal writing skills ✔️ Discovery management experience, including drafting and responding to written discovery ✔️ A professional, client-facing personality with strong relationship-building abilities ✔️ The ability to connect with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel ✔️ Intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle complex legal issues
