What You'll Do

• Assist with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare discovery responses and review document productions
• Support trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
• Work closely with attorneys who are committed to mentorship and professional development

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Newly barred attorney or those with 1-2 years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar admission or pending admission with expected licensing date
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Desire to develop a long-term career in litigation
• Ability to work on-site with a collaborative legal team
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
