Associate

We are looking for a licensed attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team remotely as an Associate in a Contract to permanent position. This opportunity is well suited for a legal specialist who is comfortable supporting routine technology-focused commercial matters while also contributing to core corporate law work. The role offers a balanced practice covering transactional drafting, legal review, and day-to-day counsel on business matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise agreements related to technology transactions, including matters involving software and SaaS offerings.
• Support corporate legal work by drafting, reviewing, and organizing routine business documents and related records.
• Assist with legal analysis and document preparation for motions and other filings as needed.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to review contractual terms, identify legal risks, and suggest practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on straightforward corporate and commercial law questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help manage matters through completion in a timely and organized manner.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience working with SaaS-related contracts or technology-driven commercial arrangements.
• Background handling foundational technology transactions and general corporate law matters.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate agreements with attention to detail.
• Strong legal writing skills, including experience preparing motions or similar legal documents.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
