Primary Responsibilities

- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.

- Investigate short pays, unapplied cash, and billing discrepancies.
- Support credit and collections reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or collections.
- Strong understanding of customer account reconciliation.
- Ability to manage aging accounts and resolve disputes professionally.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
- ERP experience preferred.
