AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on building intelligent, scalable, and cloud-native applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who combines strong .NET full-stack development experience with expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI-powered automation solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation applications that leverage artificial intelligence to improve business operations, customer experiences, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Azure services and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI technologies.
• Develop scalable backend services utilizing C#, .NET Core, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Build modern front-end applications using technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Develop AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Integrate Azure AI services including:
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure Cognitive Services
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Machine Learning
• Design and optimize data pipelines supporting AI and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Implement best practices around security, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with:
• C#
• .NET Core/.NET 8+
• REST APIs
• SQL Server
• Experience building cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure services such as:
• Azure Functions
• Azure App Services
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Storage
• Azure Key Vault
• Hands-on experience with modern AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
