The duration for the project is November 12th - December 4th.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update donor, gift, and constituent information with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining timely processing standards.
  • Review contribution records, acknowledgements, and financial coding to help ensure donations are documented correctly and routed appropriately.
  • Monitor data quality through recurring audits, cleanup efforts, and process checks that strengthen consistency across Advancement records.
  • Support reporting and reconciliation activities, including monthly gift balancing, batch exports, and coordination with Finance on revenue tracking.
  • Prepare acknowledgement letters, donor correspondence, and mailing materials for both digital and printed outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with donor events by managing attendance data, entering event-related gifts, and providing on-site operational support when needed.
  • Track portfolio and stewardship activity updates, share relevant coding or procedure changes with team members, and flag trends that may require follow-up.
  • Contribute to written procedures, administrative projects, prospect research, and other departmental support activities assigned by leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, administrative coordination, or donor database support.
