Adobe Acrobat Forms Specialist

We are looking for an Adobe Acrobat Forms Specialist to join a project-based Contract assignment in San Francisco, California. In this onsite role, you will transform existing documents into interactive digital forms that are easy for field teams to complete and share with customers. This position is ideal for someone with deep Adobe Acrobat Pro expertise who can combine form-building precision with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Turn paper-based and existing electronic documents into high-quality fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Build dynamic form elements such as required fields, dropdown selections, checkboxes, signature areas, and validation rules to support accurate completion.
• Refine document layouts and visual structure to create a consistent, user-friendly experience across form types.
• Test completed forms on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to confirm reliable performance and resolve functionality issues.
• Partner with internal teams to gather form requirements and translate business needs into effective digital documents.
• Prepare simple user guidance and provide basic support so end users can work with the forms confidently.
• Contribute form development work that supports digital document workflows tied to a field service management platform implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, including hands-on experience building interactive fillable forms.
• Demonstrated ability to configure form logic such as validation rules, mandatory fields, dropdown menus, checkboxes, and digital signatures.
• Experience troubleshooting and validating form behavior across multiple device types and screen formats.
• Strong document formatting skills with a careful eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to clarify documentation needs and deliver practical form solutions.
• Background in production art, document production, technical documentation, or related process-focused work.
• Experience with ServiceTrade or a comparable field service management platform is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is beneficial.
