  • Examine clauses and conditions to identify concerns, determine business impact, and support sound risk-based decisions.
  • Collaborate with legal resources and subject matter experts to address exposure areas and strengthen contract language where needed.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance metrics to improve contract administration effectiveness and overall service quality.
  • Maintain organized historical contract and legal records to support audits, reference needs, and ongoing business operations.
  • Present updates to leadership and cross-functional partners on contract status, potential risks, and recommended mitigation or contingency actions.
  • Recommend workflow and tool improvements that increase efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Represent the organization in contract-related discussions and provide guidance on contractual interpretation, administration, and medium-sized project support.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and administering complex contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, compliance expectations, company policy alignment, and commercial or government specifications.
  • Ability to assess contractual risk, support mitigation planning, and communicate recommendations clearly to management and business partners.
  • Experience preparing reports, tracking metrics, and using data to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage medium-sized projects successfully.
  • Juris Doctor or advanced degree in Business is preferred.
