We are looking for an organized Administrative Coordinator to support a high-volume employment data entry in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, manages sensitive information with discretion, and keeps complex tracking activities accurate and up to date. The role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to maintain workflow progress, resolve exceptions, and help ensure verification activities move forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities tied to a large contingent worker verification program, ensuring records are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Examine documentation and worker information for completeness, consistency, and compliance with established verification standards.
- Maintain organized tracking records in ServiceNow and Excel, updating status details and documenting progress in a timely manner.
- Follow up on pending items, identify discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Perform high-volume data entry and general administrative tasks while preserving accuracy across multiple workstreams.
- Communicate status updates clearly to internal partners and contribute to smooth handoffs throughout the verification process.
- Support workflow refinement efforts by identifying administrative gaps and recommending practical process improvements.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure all verification-related activities align with privacy expectations.
- Prior experience in administrative support, coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with employment, identity, eligibility, or E-Verify-related verification processes.
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort working within tracking or case management systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-up activities effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and providing timely updates.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
