  • Review product labels carefully to confirm ingredient statements and allergen information are accurate and aligned with current product data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to verify changes in formulations or product details and ensure labels are updated accordingly.
  • Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and helping prepare information needed for customer audits and periodic reviews.
  • Perform detailed data entry and spreadsheet tracking to keep portal submissions, product updates, and compliance information organized.
  • Monitor account-specific requirements for major customers and ensure submissions are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Assist with additional quality assurance and administrative tasks related to portal maintenance, documentation, and product information management.
  • Help identify discrepancies in labeling or account data and escalate issues promptly to support regulatory and customer compliance expectations.
  • Experience working with customer portals, product data entry, or account maintenance in a detail-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review labels, specifications, and compliance-related information accurately.

  • Solid computer skills, including the ability to work efficiently in spreadsheets and other business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced office setting.

  • Background in manufacturing, product compliance, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
