The role is well suited for someone who is organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing details across multiple priorities in both office and campus settings.
Responsibilities:

- Travel throughout campus as needed to support residence hall-related tasks and verify operational needs in various locations.
- Previous experience providing administrative support in an office, academic, or customer-facing environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with customer service, including handling inquiries professionally and responding with urgency and care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfort with data entry, receptionist responsibilities, and answering inbound calls.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Willingness to move throughout a large campus environment and occasionally handle light materials up to 10 pounds with assistance as needed.
