Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Midvale, Utah. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer accounts, processing payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and customer accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Experience with collections, cash applications, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Experience with ERP or accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems
