The role follows a 40-hour-per-week schedule with four days in the office and remote work on Fridays, and it is expected to continue through the end of the year with possible extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts receivable activities, including tracking open balances, reviewing payment status, and helping keep account records current and accurate.
  • Respond quickly to client questions and payment-related requests, providing attentive service and clear follow-up on urgent matters.
  • Conduct commercial collections outreach when needed, contacting customers regarding overdue invoices and working toward timely resolution.
  • Support billing-related tasks by reviewing account details, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections as appropriate.
  • Use BlueCherry ERP to research account activity, document updates, and maintain visibility into receivables workflows.
  • Work from prioritized account lists or targeted assignments based on changing business needs and service requirements.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets to organize receivables data, monitor progress, and assist with reporting or follow-up activities.
  • Experience supporting accounts receivable operations, including payment tracking, account review, and issue resolution.
  • Background in commercial collections and confidence communicating with customers about outstanding balances.
  • Familiarity with billing processes and the ability to investigate and address invoice-related concerns.
  • Working knowledge of BlueCherry ERP or comparable systems used for receivables and account management.
  • Strong Excel and general technical skills, with the ability to manage data efficiently and accurately.
