We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in Walnut Creek. The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and experience working with multiple ERP software systems, such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, or Workday.

Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Support general accounting functions and respond to inquiries from management and internal teams.
- Experience in accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using multiple ERP software systems, such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, or Workday.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
