Accounts Payable Clerk

We have an opening for a highly skilled and dynamic Accounts Payable Clerk. The right applicant for this Accounts Payable Clerk role will be someone who is innovative and self-driven.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will cover:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, including vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements
• Accounts payable research and analysis Third-party circuit cost management
• 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Sage experience required
