I'm working on an opportunity with a prestigious global private investment firm managing approximately $40B in equity capital across public and private markets, including private equity, credit, and real estate.

The firm is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join a well-established accounting and tax team of 40+ professionals.

💡 What You'll Do

• Review, code, and allocate invoices while coordinating payment approvals
• Process semimonthly payments, including ACH and checks
• Audit employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards
• Manage domestic and international vendor onboarding, including W-9/W-8 documentation
• Handle bank transactions, deposits, wires, and cash activity
• Support fixed asset accounting, journal entries, and expense analysis
• Assist with 1099s, use tax filings, and other compliance requirements
• Contribute to process automation and the implementation of NetSuite

Who They're Looking For

• 3–4 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with internal teams and external vendors
• A collaborative professional who values accuracy, accountability, and long-term career growth

Nice to have: Concur, travel and expense management, or fixed asset software experience.
