Accounting Specialist

We work with organizations of all sizes across healthcare, construction, manufacturing, nonprofit, distribution, and detail oriented services industries that are seeking dependable accounting support professionals. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Review, verify, and enter invoices accurately and timely Assist with billing, cash applications, and collections activities Perform account, bank, and credit card reconciliations Maintain vendor and customer records Support month-end closing activities Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Assist with administrative and accounting projects as needed Qualifications 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, billing, or related experience preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
