  • Evaluate balance sheet activity, resolve unusual variances, and provide clear insight into financial performance and reporting outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company control procedures to support reliable and consistent financial records.
  • Partner with cost and operations teams to monitor inventory accounting, validate valuations, and review production-related cost fluctuations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions such as general ledger activity, payroll-related accounting, and banking administration.
  • Prepare for external audits and coordinate required schedules, documentation, and supporting materials for auditors and tax advisors.
  • Work closely with accounts payable and accounts receivable staff to promote timely processing and accurate transaction recording.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that strengthen accounting workflows, reporting quality, and overall system effectiveness.
  • Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while providing backup support as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Experience in manufacturing, inventory accounting, or cost accounting is preferred; CPA certification is a plus
