Accounting Manager/ Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager Reports to: Controller A growing privately held company is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience working in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist with inventory accounting
• Process bi-weekly payroll through outside service
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accruals and adjusting journal entries..
• Complete month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Assist with preparing financial statements.
• Accounting projects for Controller
• Support other general accounting and financial management functions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-charge accounting experience
• Brings experience in working in a manufacturing industry or related.
• Is a self-starter who learns quickly.
• Can work independently and manage priorities effectively.
