Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the monthly and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and accounting team development. Reporting to the Controller, this role will partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting, support external audits, and drive process improvements, automation, and scalability across the accounting function. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and a track record of improving processes and developing high-performing teams.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibility in an accounting manager or supervisor capacity.
• Strong expertise in month-end close, general ledger oversight, and preparation of journal entries.
• Proven experience completing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Familiarity with financial statement audits and the ability to support audit preparation and documentation requests.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and standard financial reporting practices.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
