- Prepare, organize, and distribute client correspondence and internal documentation while maintaining orderly records and consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate workflow across accounting and tax-related assignments to help ensure deadlines are tracked and work is completed on schedule.
- Support annual tax season activities by organizing files, assisting with required documentation, and helping maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to create reports, manage spreadsheets, draft communications, and support daily office operations.
- Handle sensitive financial and client information with discretion and in accordance with confidentiality and data privacy expectations.

- Previous experience in a CPA firm, accounting practice, tax environment, legal office, or other detail-focused services setting is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage document control, scheduling, correspondence, and competing priorities in a fast-paced office.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and accurate data entry procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related business tools.
