Ensure Stan/Eval programs and documentation are ready for inspection during Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs), Unit Compliance Inspections (UCIs), and Evaluation Standardization Assessment Program (ESAP) assessments at both the group and squadron levels.
Work with the required base database management teams to correct any new or existing data errors to ensure fidelity and completeness of Stan/Eval database interfaces. This includes maintenance of the squadron’s PEX or scheduling databases.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with the No-Notice Program.
Maintain the Rescue Group publications/Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) library in accordance with applicable regulations.
Assist with entering FCIF and RQG Special Interest Items (SIIs) into PEX as needed.
The Contractor shall assist in managing the group and squadron Self-Inspection Program (including MICT and IGEMS).
Upon request, construct and present a continuity book outlining SEAA duties and the latest Performance Objectives listed in the Services Summary. The continuity book must be accessible to the Government and may be in either electronic or hard-copy form.
Be available at any hour(s) as designated by Group leadership or the COR. If at any time the Contractor cannot be available, he or she shall send a representative equally qualified with the same knowledge, education, and training.
