Responsibilities Own multi-program EPC software roadmap, release plan and critical path across vehicle platforms and variants. Plan and track software-hardware bring-up, feature maturity gates and validation (SIL/HIL, DV/PV) with the EPC Hardware TPM. Coordinate supplier and contract-manufacturer software deliverables, integration and releases. Drive requirements traceability, defect management and RCA closure using Flow and Jira. Identify and escalate risk to senior leadership, with mitigation options. Establish program governance, reporting and metrics, and mentor other TPMs. Accountable for ensuring software team is meeting deliverables by tracking progress, task execution, and keeping focus on the critical path. Identify development risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and communicate them to leadership. Evaluate and adjust priorities as issues arise. Orchestrate project reviews and drive product/process optimization. BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Background in automotive, energy, or similar technical industry. Experience with OTA and software release processes for production vehicles Series-production and launch experience.
