As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations. Responsibilities Own multi-program EPC software roadmap, release plan and critical path across vehicle platforms and variants. Plan and track software-hardware bring-up, feature maturity gates and validation (SIL/HIL, DV/PV) with the EPC Hardware TPM. Coordinate supplier and contract-manufacturer software deliverables, integration and releases. Drive requirements traceability, defect management and RCA closure using Flow and Jira. Identify and escalate risk to senior leadership, with mitigation options. Establish program governance, reporting and metrics, and mentor other TPMs. Accountable for ensuring software team is meeting deliverables by tracking progress, task execution, and keeping focus on the critical path. Identify development risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and communicate them to leadership. Evaluate and adjust priorities as issues arise. Orchestrate project reviews and drive product/process optimization. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Must Haves Demonstrated experience owning schedule, release, and integration milestones for embedded controls software deployed in vehicle ECUs. BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Background in automotive, energy, or similar technical industry. Experience with OTA and software release processes for production vehicles Series-production and launch experience.
