Part-Time Cleaning Position

About Us

Riversong Inn Retreat is a peaceful resort in Estes Park, Colorado. We have 10 Guest Suites, a Main Lodge and Yurts. We are dedicated to comfort, relaxation, and warm hospitality and we take pride in offering guests an exceptionally clean and welcoming environment, and we’re looking for a reliable team member who shares those values.

This position is in charge of attending to all room turnovers scheduled for the day as well as any "room tidies" for longer guest stays. This position must work quickly and efficiently to clean/change anywhere from 1 to 11 spaces between 10am and 3pm. The assumption is each suite/yurt will take less than 30 minutes to clean.

Job Responsibilities

• Strip and make beds
• Clean bathrooms, showers, sinks, and mirrors
• Wipe down walls as needed
• Dust/clean furniture, fans and surfaces
• Restock linens, towels, and supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Remove dishes from room
• Clean and maintain common areas (lobby, hallways, kitchen/lounge areas)
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Trustworthy and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (laundry, supplies, etc.)
• Ability to work weekends, depending on guest bookings

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time; total hours vary based on check-outs and reservations
• Typically daytime hours
• Pay: Varies starting at $25/hour
• Additional hours available during busy seasons
