Apprentice / Journeyman Electricians

Location: Midland/Odessa, TX Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Pay: $27 to $40 per hour This opportunity includes apprentice-level and journeyman-level electrical work supporting industrial operations. Responsibilities center on installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs performed at the jobsite. Hiring needs are immediate, while the working schedule remains to be confirmed.

What you will do

• Install wiring and electrical equipment, including panels, in line with the directions provided for each project.
• Perform maintenance on wiring, electrical panels, and equipment to support their continued operation.
• Find the causes of electrical faults and complete the repairs needed to address identified problems.
• Use electrical drawings to understand assigned tasks and carry out the work according to project instructions.
• Complete electrical tasks in accordance with the codes applicable to the installation or equipment involved.
• Observe site safety practices throughout installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

What you bring

• Two or more years in the electrical trade, including work in commercial settings or industrial environments. Experience in both settings is not necessary.
• Apprentice-level or journeyman-level electrician licensure, or an electrical work background that qualifies you for the opportunity.
• Ability to explain prior hands-on responsibilities and identify the types of electrical equipment used in your past work.
