What You’ll Do As the first point of contact for families, you’ll play a critical role in guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions, care for a loved one.

• Answer inbound calls promptly with professionalism and empathy
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate care solutions
• Build trust and relationships with families during sensitive situations
• Share helpful community resources and support options
• Schedule in-home consultations and coordinate care start dates
• Convert inquiries into clients through consultative, phone-based sales

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 2 years of business or sales experience
• Proven success in phone-based sales and customer conversion
• Experience in home care or healthcare (preferred)
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Willingness to participate in occasional on-call rotation
