Description Position Title: Safety Manager Location: Pataskala, OH and Frazeysburg, OH Salary: $80k-$100k (Negotiable, based on experience) ###### Plus quarterly/annual bonus potential Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM--5:00 PM Type: Full-time, salaried ###### ###### Position Summary: Ridge Corporation is hiring a hands-on Safety Manager to play a key role in shaping the safety culture across our growing manufacturing facilities. If you're an experienced safety professional who wants to make a measurable difference in how work gets done safely every day, this role is for you. This is a high-visibility position. You'll partner directly with leadership, work closely with employees on the production floor, and drive the initiatives that move our safety program forward. ###### ###### Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead and carry out safety strategies across three manufacturing locations • Build a proactive, behavior-based safety culture by partnering with leadership to make safety part of daily operations • Serve as a trusted safety resource for every department • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations • Develop and deliver safety training programs • Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, including reporting and recordkeeping • Manage hazard communication programs, including SDS and chemical safety • Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and documentation • Monitor workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs • Lead emergency preparedness efforts and serve as a first responder ###### • Spend significant time on the production floor eng
