Human Resources Director

Job Title: Human Resources Director Location: Richmond, VA Company: Richmond Post Acute As a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation services, Richmond Post Acute is seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team! Our skilled facilities offer a range of services to meet the needs of our patients and community members. As a Human Resources Director, you will play a vital role in managing the administrative functions of our HR department, ensuring that our employees are supported and empowered to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
• Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, performing background checks, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates
• Responsible for facility payroll
• Maintain and track FMLA and LOA Leave processes in facility
• Maintain accurate personnel files, licensure/certification tracking, and mandatory in-service training records in accordance with state survey requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in an Human Resources role in a SNF/LTC setting.
